Thogin (“we,” “us”) provides owner's representation and infrastructure advisory services. This policy explains what information we collect through www.thogin.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to respond to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, the role you select (such as developer or general contractor), and the contents of your message.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use this only for security and to keep the site running reliably.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential engagements, and communicate with you about your project. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to keep in touch.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site: website hosting (Cloudflare) and email delivery for contact-form submissions. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy to say so.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email info@thogin.com and we will respond promptly.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
